Step 1:
Download the plugin here, check this out in case you need the guide on how to install plugin in wp.
Step 2:
Once installed, click on the “Related Posts Thumbs” under “Setting” tab.
Step 3:
Once clicked, you will be directed to the Related Posts Thumbnails setting page, leave all settings as it is except “Top Text”. Depending on the topic of your website, you should set it to a term which is more relevant to the theme of your site. If you are running a travel type of website, consider “<h3>Other Nearby Destinations:</h3>”.
Step 4:
Once done, click “Save changes” button.
